How often should a heat pump be serviced?
For most Auckland homes, once a year keeps a heat pump clean, efficient and healthy. Homes with pets, allergies or heavy year-round use can benefit from a service every six months.
My heat pump still works, do I really need a service?
A heat pump that is not serviced slowly gets dirtier, works harder and costs more to run, often without you noticing until a filter is clogged or it stops on the coldest night. A yearly service is cheap insurance against all of that.
Do you service heat pumps you did not install?
Absolutely. We service all major brands regardless of who installed them, including Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, Panasonic and Fujitsu.
